Spiral Bevel Gears
MODULES: 1.5 ~ 6
20° Pressure Angle
35° Helix Angle
GEAR MATERIAL:

WHAT IS A SPIRAL BEVEL GEAR?
A spiral bevel gear is a bevel gear with helical teeth.
Compared to traditional straight-cut bevel gears with straight teeth, the helical shape generates less noise and vibration.
A spiral bevel gear set should always be replaced in pairs; the gears are lapped and manufactured together, the left- and right-hand gears should be replaced as a unit.
