Induction Heaters:
Include portable, bench-top, heavy-duty or mobile style options
Induction heating is a superior, fast and controlled heating method. It is a safe and environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional heating methods such as ovens, oil baths or blow torches. These methods generate smoke, fumes or oil waste and are hazardous for personal health and safety. Induction heaters are used in bearings and other transmission components for component fitting applications. Standard and TURBO heaters (low frequency) are used for heating beatings and other drive components for mounting purposes. MF Quick-Heaters (middle frequency) are used for heating many parts for both mounting and dismounting purposes. You can use flexible or fixed inductors.
Hydraulic & Mechanical Pullers:
Using the correct puller, you can efficiently and safely dismantle bearings, couplings, rings etc.
Hydraulic and mechanical pullers are ideal for pulling and replacing a wide variety of parts including bearings, bushings, wheels, gears and pulleys. Hydraulic push puller tools help to easily fit or remove bearings and sleeves using either the outer or inner edges. Heavy-duty mobile hydraulic pullers can be used for dismantling heavy-duty bearings, couplings, gears and other parts. Mechanical pullers are suitable for extracting bearings and rings that fit flush with other parts.
Condition Monitoring Tools:
Detects the conditions of bearings and other rotational and transmission components
Detect the condition of bearings and other rotational and transmission components with our Condition Monitoring Tools. Our bearing condition checker can evaluate bearing shock pulse measurements, it can measure machine surface temperature and it can be used as an electronic stethoscope for listening to machine sounds. Our VibChecker is another tool that is specific to measuring vibration frequency in bearings.
Hydraulics:
Cylinders, Hand and Foot Pumps, Workbenches, Jacks & Accessories
Hydraulic cylinders, pumps, jacks and more are used to create hydraulic systems for lifting. Heavy-duty hand pumps feature a forged construction for industrial applications. Hand pumps are equipped with one of our hydraulic cylinders, which come in a variety of different configurations. For instance, our aluminum hydraulic cylinders are up to 60% lighter than our steel cylinders. Hydraulic jacks are another option for jobs with limited space, like repositioning of machines and mounting tools.
Alignment Equipment:
Shaft and Pulley Alignment Computers & Equipment
Use alignment computers and lasers to accurately align shafts and pulleys in different types of industrial machinery. Pre-cut alignment shims allow for precise machine alignment to get the best performance from your machine. PAT alignment lasers allow you to quickly see pulley alignment by shining a laser on top of belt grooves. Our alignment equipment is meant for professional use and is easy to operate by a single person for fast, precise measurments and alignment.
