Add to Cart:

There are two ways of adding parts to the shopping cart: Knowing the part number of the item you would like to purchase, or using the navigation tree to locate the part you wish to purchase.

If You Know The Part Number:

• Enter the part number in the search box then click the search icon or hit return.
• Click on the part number to the right of the navigation tree in the main screen displaying all the part’s attributes (i.e., Pitch, No. of teeth, Bore Size, etc.).
  A window will open with full details of the item you selected.
• From this page you can enter the quantity of parts you would like to purchase. Then, select "Add to Cart". You may also download CAD drawings, E-mail or Share the part link, or download a .PDF of the Catalog Page.
• At this point you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.

If You Don't Know The Part Number:

• First, click one of the selection buttons for either inch or metric, which are located above the search box on the left of the page.
• From the navigation tree, select the appropriate group (i.e., select "Gears" if you are looking for a Spur Gear).
• Then, click on the type of Spur Gear (i.e., Metal or Plastic).
• Next, click the icon on each product attribute (Pitch, No. of teeth, Bore Size, etc.) and select the values that meet your minimum requirements. The attributes can be selected in any order. However, they are laid out such that the minimum selection is achieved by selecting from left to right.
• Once you have found a part that meets your requirements, click on the part number.
• A window will open with full details of the item you selected.
• From this page you can enter the quantity of parts you would like to purchase. Then, select "Add to Cart". You may also download CAD drawings, E-mail or Share the part link, or download a .PDF of the Catalog Page.
• At this point you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.

Checkout And Shopping Cart Details:

• If you need to amend your order, click the "Edit" tab, then enter the desired quantity in the appropriate input box and click "Update".
• To remove an item from the Shopping Cart, simply click the "Delete" tab, then click OK in the confirmation window and the item will be removed.
• Continue Shopping: If you wish to continue shopping, click on the product group in the navigation tree to the left. Keep expanding the tree until your desired selection is found.

Payment Options:

• We have provided two payment options which will allow most of our customers to place or compile orders online.
• Credit card ordering, where payment is collected at the time of purchase and E-mail ordering, where we will call for payment.

Credit Card Payment Option:

• The transaction is done completely online including your credit card information.

E-mail Ordering Option:

• The steps are the same as using your credit card except you click the "E-mail Order" button. Do not enter your credit information for this option. A Customer Service Representative will call for your payment information in order to finalize your transaction.

• We accept VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®.
